Résumé de Tokyo Underground:

Au dessous de la capital de Tokyo, existe un monde appelé The Underground. Ses habitants possédent la faculté de contrôler les éléments basiques qui constituent notre monde. Quand la prêtresse de Vie Ruri Sarasa et son garde du corps Chelsea Rorec s'échappent vers la surface de la capital pour trouver refuge chez Lumina Asagi et son ami Ginnosuke Isuzu, la vie des deux garçons ne sera plus jamais la même lorsuqe Lumina est tué puis ressussité par Ruri.

Les deux jeunes gens apprennent alors que Ruri est une personne très importante de l'Underground et que celle-ci est poursuivie. Heureusement Lumina se révéle posséder la capacité de contrôler les vents, et se voue à protéger Ruri.
